Plumeria rubra starting to set flowering buds. Last year this plant didn't flower until November. I believe that this was due to two factors (1) Hurricane Bert blew it over in August and I had to replant it (2) The plant was not getting enough sun light, as it was planted in an area that only received 3 hours of direct morning sun. This year I moved it to the new garden bed where it now receives full sun more than 8 hours a day.
