Phoenix roebelenii (Pygmy Date Palm) this may be a hybrid of some sorts as each year it flowers (male) but inflorescences are sterile. Trachycarpus fortunei ssp. 'wagnerianus' (Windmill Palm), although it was sold to us under the name Trachycarpus takugai (not a valid name) it also may be a hybrid. Ravenea rivularis (Majesty Palm) is to the right.
